Am I locked into a contract?+
Not at all. You pay per file — no long-term commitment required.
What are your working hours?+
Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST. We are Closed Sunday.
What is your standard response time?+
2-hour response time during standard business hours (Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–6 PM CST). This means you will receive acknowledgment and confirmation of your request within that window. “Processed” means your file has been opened, reviewed, and applicable tasks initiated. Actual completion time may vary depending on the scope of the request and current file activity. All requests received by 5:00 PM (Monday–Saturday) are processed same business day. Requests received after 5:00 PM are completed by 10:30 AM the following business day. Requests received after 5:00 PM on Saturday will be processed by 10:30 AM Monday.
How do you communicate with clients?+
Via email and text messaging. All requests for actions on a file must be made via email to support@fasttracktransactions.com so every request is properly documented for compliance.
Is my Transaction Coordinator in-person?+
No. Our team is 100% virtual — which means we serve Texas Realtors statewide without geographic limitations.
How is transaction coordination paid?+
Paid on the CDA or by invoice at closing — whichever works best for your workflow.
What happens if a file terminates?+
Termination fees are generally waived when a file does not close due to circumstances outside the agent's control. However, Fast Track Transactions reserves the right to apply a termination fee in cases where early termination becomes a frequent occurrence with a particular agent or client. We will always communicate with you directly before any such fee is applied.
Do you negotiate repairs?+
No. Negotiations remain the agent's responsibility.
Do you draft amendments?+
Yes, with written instructions from the agent.
Do you submit paperwork to my broker?+
Yes. Broker submission is included in all packages.
Do you schedule inspections and closings?+
Yes. Inspections and closings are scheduled as directed by the agent. We coordinate the logistics and manage all scheduling communications on your behalf, but all scheduling decisions remain at the agent's direction.
Do you offer volume discounts?+
Our pricing reflects the value we deliver.
Will my TC work with other agents?+
Yes. Fast Track operates as a shared service, allowing us to maintain competitive pricing while delivering excellent quality.
Are your TCs licensed in Texas?+
Yes. Our Transaction Coordinators are licensed professionals trained by a Broker Associate, fully up to date on TREC regulations. Note: while licensed, our TCs are not actively selling real estate — their full focus is coordination.
